Refund policy
Returns
Any return request must be within 15 days of receipt of the item.
The product must be new, with tags. *Make-up stained items will not be accepted.*
Bomb Designs will send a pre-paid return label for the return shipping. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund total. (This is not applicable to defective items, or incorrect items received)
Please note, we do not refund original shipping costs. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
We reserve the right to deny returns if the item does not meet our policy requirements.
Exchanges
Any request must be within 15 days of receipt of the item.
Bomb Designs only allows in-store exchanges.
If an exchange needs to be processed by mail, please submit a request for a return, and place an order for the new item.
Incorrect Item Received or Defective Item
Please email us immediately if you have received the wrong or defective item at contact@bombdesigns.com
If a replacement item is available, we will ship it to you, however, if it is not available, we will issue a full refund.
A pre-paid return label will be sent to you to return the incorrect or defective item.
